I understand that SeeMyListing.com is a free national FSBO real estate "listing and advertising" service website designed to help me promote the sale of my property to the general public.
I understand that all of the services offered on SeeMyListing.com are 100% totally free.
I understand that I am not required to purchase anything from either SeeMyListing.com or it's affiliates, to use the free services offered on SeeMyListing.com.
I understand that the "Talking Yard Sign" and Toll Free property description service and voice mailbox that comes with the "Talking Yard Sign" are 100% totally free.
I understand that there are absolutely no hidden fees or commissions for listing my property on SeeMyListing.com.
I understand that there are absolutely no hidden fees or commissions for selling my property on SeeMyListing.com.
I understand that there are absolutely no hidden fees or commissions for removing my property listing from SeeMyListing.com.
I understand that SeeMyListing.com generates revenue from it's Affiliates and therefore does not need to charge the sellers for placing a listing on SeeMyListing.com.
I understand that when SeeMyListing.com prints "place a free listing", it means a F-R-E-E listing.
I understand that in order to generate revenue SeeMyListing.com may place "Banner Advertisements" on the website that promote the services or products of other companies or websites. I understand that the services or products offered by the companies paying for the banner advertisements may not be free.
I understand and agree that in specific state counties that have an affiliate of SeeMyListing.com, once my property is listed on the website, the affiliate or a SeeMyListing.com employee may call me to arrange for the delivery of the free Talking Yard Sign, even if my phone number is on the national “Do Not Call” Registry.
I understand that I am not obligated to use a free SeeMyListing.com Talking Yard Sign and can refuse it if I so desire.
I understand and agree that in specific state counties that have an affiliate of SeeMyListing.com, the affiliate may deliver a free SeeMyListing.com Talking Yard Sign as described on this web site. I understand and agree that if the affiliate has difficulty contacting me, to save time, the affiliate may decide to place the free SeeMyListing.com Talking Yard Sign on my property and try to notify me later.
I understand and agree that in specific state counties that have an affiliate of SeeMyListing.com, the phone number displayed on my listing may be the same Toll Free number that is on the free SeeMyListing.com Talking Yard Sign.
I understand and agree that in specific state counties that have an affiliate of SeeMyListing.com, potential home buyers that are interested in my property listing must call the Toll Free number on my listing or SeeMyListing.com Talking Yard Sign to retrieve my phone number or leave their name and phone number in the voice mailbox so I can call them back.
I understand and agree that I may not place any contact information in the "Property Description" of my listing including my phone number, email address or links to other websites. I understand that SeeMyListing.com or their affiliates may remove this unauthorized information from my "Property Description" without notifying me.
I hereby certify that I am the legal owner of the property I am listing or a SeeMyListing.com Affiliate or I am working for or with the local SeeMyListing.com Affiliate.
I hereby certify that if I am a real estate professional placing a listing on behalf of the listings owner, I am either a paying affiliate of SeeMyListing.com or I have specific permission to place listings on SeeMyListing.com from the local affiliate.
I understand that if I have my property listed with a Realtor, I must have a "For Sale By Owner" option with the realtor if I place a listing on SeeMyListing.com. I understand that a "For Sale By Owner" option allows me to find a buyer myself and save the commission that I would normally pay to the Realtor for finding a buyer, e.g. Flat-Rate-Listing.
I hereby certify that the information I place on the FSBO real estate listing at SeeMyListing.com is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I hereby understand and agree that I am responsible for the content I place on my real estate listing at SeeMyListing.com. I understand that I am responsible to make whatever changes are needed to update information displayed on my real estate listing and I further understand that SeeMyListing.com is not responsible for updating, changing or deleting my real estate listing for me.
I understand that I am required to delete any real estate listing I place on SeeMyListing.com within 30 days of the property being sold, or I am no longer representing the property owner, or the property is no longer available for sale on the real estate market.
I understand that in order to keep the listings “up to date” an affiliate may occasionally call me to determine if the property listed is still on the market, and remove the listing if the property has been sold or is no longer on the real estate market.
I understand that SeeMyListing.com & it's affiliates do not represent me as commissioned Real Estate Sales Agents for the property I am listing on SeeMyListing.com.
I understand that if I enter into any contractual agreement with an affiliate of SeeMyListing.com or a company advertising products or services on SeeMyListing.com the agreement is outside the realm of services offered by SeeMyListing.com and is strictly between me and the company with which I entered the agreement.
I understand and agree that all real estate listing information, including any accompanying photos that I submit, becomes the property of SeeMyListing.com upon submission.
I understand and agree that to help promote my FSBO property my listing information, including photos, may be submitted to or included in other forms of advertising such as, but not limited to, real estate publications, classified ads, free online advertising websites etc. I understand and agree that any publications or advertisements or web sites my listing is included in or submitted to will help provide additional advertising exposure for my FSBO listing. Therefore, I approve and give permission in advance for the information from my FSBO listing, including the photos, to be included in any other form of advertising that will help promote my FSBO listing. I understand that if I wish to have my listing removed from any of the other forms of advertising I should contact SeeMyListing.com support and my listing will be removed from other advertising venues.
I understand that SeeMyListing.com may not be available from time to time due to technical difficulties or Internet service disruptions or any other condition that may be beyond the control of SeeMyListing.com. Furthermore, I understand and agree that SeeMyListing.com or it's affiliates are not liable for any damages which may result from errors in my real estate listing or toll free property description service or from the failure to display my real estate listing due to technical difficulties or Internet service disruptions or any other condition that may or may not be beyond the control of SeeMyListing.com.
SeeMyListing.com reserves the right to edit or reject any real estate listing on SeeMyListing.com at our discretion or our affiliate's discretion. By using the free real estate listing and advertising service at SeeMyListing.com you agree not to post or transmit any obscene, abusive, misleading, threatening, defamatory or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to use the free real estate listing and advertising services on SeeMyListing.com. You will not use the free real estate listing and advertising services to violate the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or other entity. By submitting material to SeeMyListing.com, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the explicit consent of the property owner.
SeeMyListing.com may at any time, without notice or liability, change or eliminate any content or feature of the web site. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with any modifications made pursuant to this provision, or any policies or practices of the web site owner in providing the web site, is to cease use of the web site.
The "Official User Agreement" posted at SeeMyListing.com shall be considered as the only valid user agreement between the property seller and SeeMyListing.com.
SeeMyListing.com reserves the right to modify this "Official User Agreement" by posting the modifications on this web page and changing this “Last Modified” date below.
